STAMPED ON FLAG
INCIDENT AT DUBLIN. LONDON, June 27. While the British steamer Dungeness was lying at the Dublin Docks, a civilian, accompanied by a man in National Army uniform, arrived at the quay.' The civilian boarded the ship, cut the halliard and stamped on the British flag. The mate was alone on board and could only protest. The man said that the British flag must not be flown in Free State waters.
