BACK TO FULL DRESS. LONDON, June 23. It is understood that the War Offic® has decided to revert to the pre-war fulldress uniforms for those troops only in possession of khaki. It has been discovered that better recruiting returns are dbtained for the regiments clothed in a smart walking-out dress.
