TRIAL OF ARBUCKLE
SOME NEW EVIDENCE. (By Telegraph—Prees. Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) NEW YORK, March 29. The prosecution of Arbuckle for the third time at San Franoisco is nearing completion. The only new evidence is the testimony of the secretary of the hospital where Virginia Rappe died, who declarer! that Rappe told her Arbuckle should pay the hospital bill, because she blamed him for the injury.
