BISHOP LISTON

GREYMOUTH HIBERNIAN SOCIETY’S SUPPORT. (Per United Press Association) GREYMOUTH, March 30. The Greymouth branch of the Hibernian Society at a largely attended meeting tonight unanimously resolved: That St. Patrick’s Branch No. 17, Hibernian Society, desires to express its loyalty and devotion to Bishop Liston, of Auckland, and its sympathy with him in the bitter attacks that have been made on him, and in the misrepresentation to which he has been subjected, and desires also to assure Dr Liston of its cordial support.
