MEMORIAL TEPID BATHS

To the Editor. Sir, —On reading the debate of the Soutnland Sports Association's meeting in your columns, I was impressed by the enthusiasm of the public in the matter. I would like to suggest that the money now in hand (I believe approximately £10,000) for the Soldiers’ Memorial, lie used in erecting tepid baths. They could have an elaborate frontage with, say, “The Memorial Baths,” or something to that effect, to show visitors io the town that our memorial is of more value than a jjeap of stones thrown together in some reserve. 1 am, etc., WATER WINGS.
