SHIPPING FACILITIES FOR SOUTH AMERICA. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, November 18. The Minister of Agriculture told the prosident of the New Zealand Fruitgrowers' Federation to-day tliat the Government would make inquiries whether steamers bound from Calcutta to Valparaiso could call at a New Zealand port for bunker coal and load fruit for South America.
