PASSPORTS FOR WOMEN
LIMITS STRICTLY DEFINED. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 5. The Imperial authorities have informed the Government that permits may be issued to women to travel American Pacific ports, and to South Africa, but they will not be allowed to proceed by the Atlantic danger zone.
