Received January 26. 9.25 p.m. Senor Canalejas, President of the Council, has instructed the police at Barcelona to tear down placards calling a meeting of protest against tire execution of the Tokio .anarchists. PARIS, January 26. Geridarpnes are protecting the Japanese Embassy owing to threats over the Tokio executions. Similar demonstrations are reported in other capital cities.
