Arrested at Northbcnd, Washington Stale, he said: “I shot him because T am Americanized. If we had still lived in Holland I would not have done it, but here is the greatest country, on earth, and no jury will convict me when I tell them the motive.” ' A daughter in attempting to sa% r e the father was badly wounded.
