Kaolin and Oil
(Per United Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, April 29. A Smart Road farm, on which valuable deposits of kaolin were found soma time ago, lias been purchased by Mr P. A. Hadley, of Auckland, on behalf of a. foreign syndicate which intends to start at once to work the deposits, making the commoner kinds of earthenware at first. The Petioleum Co. which Hadley also represents, and which is boring on Carrington Road, has another driller on the way from America and will start a double shift on his arrival.
