Religious Instruction.

Per United Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 30. The Scripture Text Book Conference has concluded its deliberations. A unanimous decision was arrived at in regard to the series of lessons comprised in tho Victorian scheme, which will be recommended for use in schools, but terms and scope of this resolution have not been announced. A revising committee was 1 appointed to go through the work of the Conference before submitting the same to | the Premier. Dr Gibb, Wean Harper, Roys. Sprott, Gilham. Luxford, and Maunders, Messrs Aitken, M.H.R.. Bedford, M.H.U.. Bevan Brown, K. button, and Flosher ( secretary) were appointed a committee to further prosecute tho movement. The Dunedin members, with Dean Harper, to be the executive of the committee.
