MOROCCO, Dec. 13. NATIVE TREACHERY
The Sultan of Morocco has retired to his summer residence. Mekinez is sending strong reinforcemeats to Pezu, where, through the treachery of the tribes in opening fire on the troops, a panic occurred in a narrow valley, 83 being killed and many wounded.
