Suckers 5s 6d to 7s’ fid, weaners 10s 6i to 15s, stores 265. Potatoes —£5 to £6 per ton. Onions 12s to 14s per cwt. Wheat 14s, oats 8s fid, barley 9s to 10s, carrots 4s, turnips Is 6d per bag. Fruit —Bananas 17s, oranges 8s 6J, lemons 9s 6d, pines 8s 6d to 4s, apples (Hobart) 10s, local 5s to Is 6d, pears (Hobart) 7s fid, Canterbury 9s to 10s.
