All other events post entry. Handicaps will appear in the Southland Daily News on Thursday, 6th November. All protests to be lodged in writing with 5s to tbe Secretary within 15 minutes after event. No entry will be acknowledged unless accompanied by fee. This rule will be strictly enforced.
