LETTER CARRIERS’ DELIVERY. Deliveries by Letter Carriers are made daily- Town delivery at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Suburban delivery at 9 a.m. MAILS WILL CLOSE AS FOLLOWS : Tuesday, 16th April For Natal and Gape Colony at 2.45 p.m. For the United Kingdom and the Continent of Europe (via Brindisi), India, China, Straits Settlements, Aden, Egypt, and the Australian Colonies, per S.S. Westralia at 2.45 p.m. Parcels for Australian Colonies at 1.45 p.m. Money Orders and Registered Letters at 1.45 p.m. The English mail of this despatch will be due in London on 25th May. Friday, 19th April For Cromarty, Te Oneroa and West Coast Sounds and Bays per s.s. Hinemoa, at 4.40 p.m. Note. —Stamp booklets containing 12 penny stamps may be had at the post office price Is o£d, and 30 penny stamps price 2s 6|d Note —Mails close at Sydney for Noumea and Fiji on 24th inst., for Natal and Gape Colony on 7th and Bth May.
