CYCLISTS AND POLITICS.
Dr W. E. St. Lawrence Finny, one of the candidates tor the municipal elections at Kingston on-Thames, stated in the course of an election address that he might prove of great service to cyclists, whom he regarded as an important and increasing section of the community.
