“WHAT FOOLS THESE MORTALS BE!”
Of twenty entrants in a six days’ cycling contest in America some went crazy, others dropped senseless on the track, and one was struck with paralysis. It is about time this kind of thing was stopped. If public opinion isn’t sufficient the strong arm of the law should be invoked.
