Sale of Farms at Oamaru.
(By Telegraph.) OAMARU, April 26. Mr Burbury, local manager of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, reports having sold the Awamoko farm of 1000 acres, the property of. I)r Wait, at £ll per acre ; also three other farms about 300 acres each at prices ranging from £lO 15s to £l2'por acre. Ho reports a brisk enquiry for farms of all descriptions iu the Oamaru district. The same firm notifies the sale during the week of tiisean wheat at 4s 3d, velvet and Mold's ennobled at 4s Id; short oats 2s 8d ; Tartars ,2s 6d .and Danish 2s 4d, all f.o,b.
