REVOLTS IN FINLAND.
Copenhagen, Jan. 27. A semi-official Finnish agency state that there have been grave revolts during the past few days, chiefly at Yiborg, where Russian soldiers participated and a general strike was proclaimed. The authorities are stopping the railways in order to prevent the movement of Psussian troops.
