There wore exciting scones at the Nottingham Congress ’ during the discussion of a resolution condemning the Labour Ministers, Messrs Brace, Birnes, Hodge, Parker and Roberts, for supporting the Government agricultural minimum wage of 25s as against the Labour amendment of 30s. The resolution was carried overwhelmiugly.

TWO PROPOSALS REJECTED. Reuter. Loudon, Jan. 21. The Labour Conference bus shelved the resolution demanding the withdrawal of the Labour members from the Government, and rejected the proposal that Labour members in the Government should cease to act on the Labour Executive by a two to one mujorit}’.
