BRITISH TRENCHES CAPTURED.

BUT AGAIN TAKEN.

(Received Monday, 9.43 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. IS. .Sir Douglas Haig reports: A strong raiding party this morning entered certain points in our trenches in the neighbourhood of Gillcraont Farm, south-east of Epchy. We counter-attacked across the open and ejected the enemy after sharp fighting. On* trenches at Havrlncourt were raided early this morning. A French communique says: There are intermittent reciprocal artillery actions in the Vandessons region and,towards Schocnhotz. It is lively and continuous to the north of Hill 34k on the right bank of the Meuse.
