SCARCITY OF BREAD IN PETROGRAD.
A BEGGARLY RATION. LENINISTS FAVORABLE TO TERMS Received Nov. 20, 0 a.m. Petrograd, Nov. 10. The bread ration in Petrorgad has been reduced to three-quarters of a pound every two days. The Ministers of Food, Labour and other prominent members of Lenin’s Government, lias resigned, considering it necessary to come to terms with other Socialists.
