Mr Philip Gibbs writes: We arc prepared for a big German offensive, to recover Passchondaele, from the direction of Westroosebeke. The enemy's batteries show no tendency to decrease on the Flanders front and continually shell Inverness Copse, Polygon W ood, and Noniicbosehcn.
