SIR EDWAKD GREY'S MESSAGE TO KING NICHOLAS. Cettinje, May B.' Sir Edward Grey has sent au appreciative mesage to King Nicholas on his decision, which, he says, was as much in the interests of European peace as in Montenegro's interests.
