Marvellous Jewellry Robbery.

Sydney, June 24

A mysterious jewellry robbery is reported from Stewart Dawson and Company. A tray with 43 diamond rings, valued at £1,500, was locked in a safe at night. In the morning Mr Dent, the manager, missed several of the rings.

Two brothers, named Gill, were arrested in connection with the robbery. One of the brothers was caught pawning a missing ring sat with diamonds. OthiiM, broken up, were found in his possession. Those arrested are brothers of a man into whose death an enquiry is being held. The latter died after a struggle with detectives, who were arresting him in connection with a recent stolen jewellry case.
