The Gazette issued to-night notifies that the Bank of New Zealand Estates Company intends to present a petition to the General Assembly this Session, praying for leave to introduce a Bill to authorise the Company to dispose of its property in a special manner. The objects of the Bill are to authorise the directors, local directors, and general attorneys in Now Zealand of the Bank of New Zealand Estates Company (Limited), to divide the whole or any part of its seal and personal property into lots or shares of such value and proportion as they think fit for the purpose of realising same, or to adopt such mode or device by chance or otherwise as the think fit, and to issue and sell tickets entitling the holder for acquiring any such lots or shares and to distribute, convey, transfer, and assign such property in pursuance of such mode or device.
