MUTUAL CONSENT NEEDED
END TO NAVAL PACT BRITAIN AND GERMANY (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, March 21. Reports have appeared in some quarters that Germany is considering the denunciation of the Anglo-German Naval Treaty of 1935. It is pointed out in London that the treaty contains no provision for its denunciation. The position is that it can only be legally terminated by mutual consent of the two parties. It is stated that no approach in (his sense has been made by Germany.
