WEEKLY SPORTS MEETING TWO CUPS DECIDED The Gisborne Amateur Athletic and Harrier Club was favoured with ideal weather conditions for its weekly sports meeting held On the Childers Road Reserve last evening. Special interest was taken in the women’s 150vds. handicap, the event being tile final distance for the Auto Parts Cup. Miss M. Lloyd won the race and also annexed the trophy. Another Auto Parts Cup, donated for cycling, was decided in the running of the three-mile handicap. J. Ferguson finished in first place in the race and was also the winner of the cup.
