APPEAL COURT'S ORDER GAL!; ESTATE ACTION (Pnr Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The judgment of the Appeal Court in the case of the Guardian Trust and Executors Company v. Frederick Thomas Hall heard on September 21, was delivered to-day by Mr. Justice Callan, who held that the caveator had no interest in the land caveated sufficient to enable him to register his caveat. An order was. therefore, made that the caveat should be removed, but only from the lands of which the appellant company was registered as the proprietor.
