"NO DECISION" BOUT

BOXING IN GERMANY

(Eloc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) BERLIN. Oct. 9.

The German Boxing Federation has declared the bout between Tony Shucco (U.S.A.) and Adolt Heuser (Germany) to be a "no-decision" contest owing to the accident which prevented Heuser from continuing, combined with the referee's disregard oi Shucco's questionable tactics. I-leu-ser's condition is not dangerous.

Deputising yesterday for John Henry Lewis, the world's cruiserweight boxing champion, Shucco faced Heuser for five vigorous rounds, after which Heuser fell senseless. The light was awarded to Heuser .and Shucco was disqualified.
