EXTENSION OP STAY "Tiger" Parks, American negro welterweight boxer, who has been in New Zealand for a couple of seasons, has Been granted an extended stay in the country by the New Zealand Government, on condition that he acts in the capacity of instructor .in conjunction with Mr. J.
