Minimum deposit by any borrower to be not less than 7J- per cent. Limit of advance in any” case to be £1250. Maximum salary of applicant and his wife not to exceed £7 per week. Any cost over and above £1250 is to be provided by the borrower by way of an extra deposit, or otherwise found by the borrower outside of the council’s advance.
