GERMAN COMPANY TAX
(Rec. August 1. 3 p.m.) BERLIN, July 31. The tax on companies whose income exceeds £B3OO has been raised from 30 to 35 per cent in 1938, and to 40 petcent in 1939-40. It is expected the tax will yield £02,500,000.
