SUSPENSION OF LICENSE
LONE ATLANTIC FLYER (Reed. Aug, 1. 12 noon) WASHINGTON, July 31. The Department of Commerce has announced that the license of the airman, Douglas • Corrigan, who Hew the Atlantic solo, has been suspended for five days, a nominal penally.
The statement said that the flight had seized a world imagination, but stressed the necessity for safety in all living.
