CHARGE OF ARROGANCE

INDIAN CONGRESS

THREATENING PRE EDOM

(Reed. Aug. 1, 3 p.m.) LONDON, July 31

The Bombay correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that the" president of the All India Moslem League, Mr. M. A. Jinnah, has accused the Indian Congress of such arrogance as to threaten the cessation of freedom throughout India.

The league is believed to be about to charge the Congress with a breach of the equality pact and the situation is interpreted as entailing a final break between the league and Congress.
