BEST FOB SEVERAL YEARS MELBOURNE, July 1. Victoria’s wool clip for the season ended on June 30 was the best lotseveral years, according to a statement by the Government Statist, Mr. O. Gawler, to-day. A total of 126,341,3661 b. was produced in the State, 864,6891 b. more than the previous year. The average weight of the fleece was 7.401 b., but that has been exceeded slightly three times in the last five years. _____
