(Per Press Association.) T-lAIARU. this day. Pleading guilty to a charge of being intoxicated while in charge ot a car. Albert Russell Perry Moderell, aged 18 years, of Oamaru, was to-day lined £lO and prohibited Worn holding a license for two years.
Tho accused collided head on with a stationary taxi in tho early hours of Sunday morning.
