On Saturday night the general store conducted by‘Mr. William McCormack, of Waimana, was entered by forcing tne hack door.
The safe was removed to a nearby puddock and blown open with gelignite. The sum of .£8 was taken. The gelignite apparently was obtained from Die County Council district which was also broken into.
