Annie Fincher, of Greaffield road, Kidderminster, was granlcd a decree nisi on the grounds of lior husband’s misconduct, with a Mrs. Phyllis Bywator, with whom lie was alleged to nave lived.
For her part, Mrs. Fincher agreed that she had lived with the husband of Mrs. By-water, who had now divorced liis wife. Mrs. Fincher asked for the judge's discretion. “Well, there is no good in refusing this 1 suppose,” Said Mr. Justice Atkinson, granting the decree.
