CLAIM BY PRODUCER SUM OF £IOO,OOO SOUGHT LOS ANGELES, Oct. 7. Trouble occurred for the film player, Shirley Temple, to-day when Jack Hays, independent movie producer, sued the child's parents. Twentieth Century Fox Films, and two hanks for £IOO,OOO and a percentage of their earnings, alleging that, in 1922, he had a contract to train the youthful star. Also to-day, at Atlanta, a youth of 18 was indicted by a Federal grand jury for attempted extortion from Shirley Temple's parents of £SOOO.
