WOMAN CYCLIST

FATALLY INJURED COLLISION WITH CAR (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. A woman cyclist, aged 20, who has not been identified, was fatally injured early this morning when she was struck by a ear driven by Mr. W. R. GUiver, a Christchurch solicitor. It is understood that the woman was cycling iii the same direction ns the Car was travelling and when struck crashed into the windscreen, which, fortunately for the driver, was of safety glass.

Mr. Olliver took the woman to hospital. She was deeply unconscious and in a critical condition, dying six hours later.
