; OTTAWA, Aug. 20. ■ During the first six months of the present year, 13252 immigrants enter- - ed Canada, according to a report 3 issued to-day by the Department oi - Immigration. While slightly more p than the corresponding period in 1935 1 the numbers indicate the bars are stil J up against newcomers. In the fisca year 1912-13, when immigration wn> highest, the 12 months’ figures were ■’ 382,841.
