MARIST CLUB ANNUAL MEETING The sixth annual meeting of tin Marist Cricket Club was held last week, when Mr. Connop presided over a good attendance of members. Scholium, sen., and J. Par ker; lion, secretary, Mr. A. McMahon; hoi*, treasurer, Mr. E. James; club captain, Mr. 11. Connop; lion, auditor. Mr. J. R. K'gau; committee, Messrs. N. Lloyd, P. Moscrip, W. Wilkie, B. Scholium, M. McMahon, and 11. Re id; delegates to the Poverty Bay Cricket Association, Messrs. E. James, B. Scholium, and R. Cannop. It was decided to apply for the same practice nights as last season, Tuesday and Thursday. The appointment of cap tains was left over for a special practice to he arranged. Subscriptions for the season were fixed as follow : Under 18 years, 7s 6d; under 21 years, 15s; over 21 years, 22s 6d; members using their own bats, 15s.

The. meeting closed with a vote of thanks to the chair.
