ACTRESS' BABY
FOUND AFTER LONG SEARCH NEW YORK, Aug. S. A wealthy New York broker's two and a. half years' search for the son of Dayc Dawne, English beauty, who 10 years ago was Broadway's most famous showgirl, on (led in Eos Angeles to-day. Dave Dawne married (lie broker, Eugene Weiner, in .1927. She and the child disappeared following a divoreo suit entered by iter husband, who alleged that she taught .their .baby to drink highballs. To-day the child "}'as found in the. custody of the attorney, Mr. Byron Hanna, at Los Angeles. Last March Dayc Dawne had died with her identity unknown. The child was looked after by a cafe owner, now in prison.
