MARTON PROGRESS
CREED TELEPRINTER (Per Press Association.) MAR,TON, last night, A further step in Marton’s progress was taken this afternoon, when a Creed teleprinter was officially opened in the Post Office in the presence of a representative gathering. Tho Mayor, Mr. F. Purnell, congratulated the department, on its progress, and sent the first telegram to the PostmasterGeneral expressing appreciation of the modem installation. He received a reply from the Minister.
