DEATH FOLLOWS FALL

BOV’S SKULL FRACTURED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night, John Hylands Yorkston, aged 10 years, of 27 Constable street, died to-day as the result of injuries suffered in a fall over a bank in the Botanical Gardens on Sunday. The boy’s skull was fractured. The boy accompanied his parents and a school friend to the gardens. The two boys went rambling a short distance ahead and had decided to turn back. The parents called the two boys. 3 orkston, in descending, lost his balance and fell headlong over the bank. He was taken to hospital.'
