CUSTODY OF TRIPLETS
CLAIM BY THIRD "FATHER"
WEST PALM BEACH, Fin., Aug. 13. The paternity of baby triplets, already claimed by two "fathers," was complicated further last night when a third man filed a claim for the children. Aubrey K. Johnson, former husband of the mother of the triplets, to-day wrote to 1 the circuit judge, saying: " 1 consider- the babies are mine and I am claiming them." Custody of the children was awarded to 'the mother a few days ago by the judge, who declined to assume the role of a Solomon and avoided a decision on their paternity.
