FIRE IN ORPHANAGE

A 1.7-vcar-ohi school girl spread an alarm to-day that enabled 15.7 sleeping orphan children in escape a tin' in St, Aloysius Orphanage, and then carried eight or lb kindergarten age youngsters from a -blazing dormitory. The lire started on the fourth liner of ihe main building, opposite a dormitory in which -lb children slept. Ihe girl, Hose Mary Wur/elbai-lier, was awakened by the crackling of burning timbers.
