CROP LOSS HEAVY
CAPETOWN, Dec 20.
Heavy rains to-day caused great damage in the Orange Free State after a period of severe drought. The wheat harvest in Bethlehem district has been ruined, and tobacco and fruit crops in the Honington district, badly damaged.
