TWENTY YEARS’ SERVICE (British Official Wireless.) R C e. 10 a.m. RUGBY, July 28. When Parliament adjourns for the summer recess at the end of next week, the House of Commons will Ipse the services of a noted official in Sir Colin keppol, Serjeant at Anns, who is retiring after holding the post for Jj years. The Serjeant at Arms is both a King’s officer and a servant of the House of Commons.
